How to Apply at Waterberg TVET College for 2027
In order to apply online at Waterberg TVET College for the year 2027, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Career Guidance (Compulsory)
Before you can submit an application, you need to complete Waterberg’s online career guidance tool. This helps you choose a course based on your interests and strengths.
Here is how to start:
- Go to the Waterberg TVET College application site
- Click on “First time here?”
- Register and answer the pre-entry questions honestly
- Complete the full set of questions and click “Finish”
Do not allow anyone to complete this section on your behalf. Providing incorrect answers may lead to you being placed in a course that does not suit your skills. This is particularly important for specialised fields such as hospitality courses at TVET colleges.
Step 2: Placement Test (Literacy and Numeracy)
Once you have finished the career guidance section, log into your Waterberg profile and complete the placement test.
This includes:
- Basic numeracy and literacy questions
- Questions to help determine the best course level for you
This test is not marked as pass or fail. It is used only for course placement. You can view the TVET college calendar for 2027 to see how the academic year is structured.
Step 3: Submit Your Online Application
When you are done with the placement test, you can fill out the Waterberg TVET College online application form.
You will need to:
- Fill in all your personal and academic details.
- Select your preferred course and campus.
- Upload the following certified documents in PDF format:
- Grade 12 certificate or latest report.
- Your ID document or passport.
- Proof of residence.
Once all sections are completed, click submit. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. You can check which other colleges are open if you wish to apply to more than one institution.
