Woodlands International College School Fees Guide

If you’re considering enrolling your child at Woodlands International College, here’s a simple breakdown of the school fees for 2024 and estimated fees for 2025.

Enrolment Fees

Once a student has been accepted, a once-off, non-refundable enrolment fee of R3 000 is required to secure their spot. Ensure the payment includes your child’s full name and surname as the reference.

2024 Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are payable annually in advance or monthly over 12 months. If you choose to pay in full by 31 January, you’ll receive a 2.5% discount.

Pre-Primary Tuition Fees (Grades 0000, 000, 00)

  • Annual Fee: R67 740
  • Monthly Fee: R5 645

Junior College Tuition Fees (Grades 0 – 5)

  • Grades 0: Annual Fee R60 888 | Monthly Fee R5 074

Estimated Fees for 2025

Fees are adjusted annually. Based on historical trends, fees may increase by 6-8% in 2025. Estimated tuition fees:

  • Pre-Primary (Grades 0000, 000, 00): ~R72 800/year or R6 025/month.
  • Junior College (Grades 0 – 5): ~R80 100 to R91 500/year or R6 725 to R7 625/month.
  • Senior College (Grades 6 – 12): ~R92 700 to R116 500/year or R7 725 to R8 900/month (Grade 12 may remain a 7-month plan).

Additional Fees

  • Grade 12 IEB Examination Fees: Not included in the tuition fees. These will be billed separately in January 2024.
  • Grade 0 Holding Fee: A R4 000 holding fee is required in Grade 0 to secure a Grade 1 placement. This fee will be credited back to your account by January of Grade 1, provided your child continues at the school.

Cancellation Policy

To withdraw a student, a full term’s written notice is required. Failing to provide notice will result in a penalty equivalent to one term’s tuition fees.
